A hybrid building in Sirkeci, Istanbul, designed to emphasize the concept of openness through features such as flexible roof terraces and large-span structures.

The project is a community center designed to offer diverse spaces for local residents. Elevated to preserve the main axis, creating an open space underneath that integrates with sunken areas from the master plan.
DESIGN STUDIO5
This residential project features diverse housing units, communal amenities like workshops, exhibition halls, etc. Botanic terraces for flexible social spaces, and a double-skinned façade that creates an in-between space for circulation and communal activities.
